1st Georgia Florida Weekend for the Dixlets
It's a little different for GA/FLA weekend, we are still up at 3:00 am, but we are not at Huddle House, nor or we the ones hurling. My times have changed. I will update some pictures soon. It is becoming harder to update the blog, but I promise to get new pictures. I need to youtube my swaddle technique; Bob Marley would be jealous of the way I roll.

How we stay sane. Lots of help!
Mom's new hair cut and color by Liz at the Strand. Dad and I love it. She looks awesome and now she will only want to have her hair done on SSI! That means they will have to move here and help with the triplets full time! They have been working around the clock and it takes 4 people to keep this ship running. We can't thank them enough! They are taking a well deserved break in the ATL this weekend and Ju Ju and Rooster stepped in big time last night with the 12 am and the 3 am! Chad and I got a huge block of sleep thanks to them!
Thursday morning helpers Mary, Lynn, and Mark. Lynn and Mark gave us the book and all the advice we needed to get these babies on a schedule. It's working! Mary is a lifesaver coordinating these mornings and giving Ashly some "me time".
Tuesday morning helpers Carla, Tonya, Mary, and Stacey. They bathed all three and put them in some cute outfits for photos. All 3 have never been clean at the same time. It was awesome!

3 Week old Doctor's visit
Wells weighing in at 5 llb 10 oz, Davene at 6 lbs 4 oz, and Gates at 5 lbs 8 oz. Wells was originally the smallest, but has now surpassed Gates mainly because of some reflux issues. Gates now has a new formula and is loving it. All 3 are on different formulas which makes for some serious concentration at 3am. All babies are doing great!

Dad hanging with Wells in the NICU
Picture this, here is what Wells is thinking. He is like, dude, Gates and I are throwing the biggest keg party when you and mom are out of town on October 30, 2027 (future GA/FLA). In the history of teenage boys, this has never happened, Gates and Wells will make history deceiving parents that have never tried this before. This will be an event of historic proportions.
Coming out party
The boys had a coming out party today, they chose to come out of the incubator instead of the closet. We are not sure when they will be home, it is a day to day decision by the doctor. The doctors dance around my questions like Justin Timberlake in the Bye Bye Bye video. But we are confident they will be home soon. The next blog will be posted when Obama passes healthcare, Sike, the triplets would be 30.

Triplet Update
We are finally home with Davene!!!!!!! Yea!!! She is already is daddy's little girl. The boys are going to remain on vacation in J-Ville a little longer. They are doing fine, they are just having a little trouble keeping their food down (kinda like a teenage actress in Beverly Hills), but they are progressing. The doctors have indicated that the boys could be in the NICU till the end of October, but they could come home sooner. Overall, we have been very fortunate, triplets usually struggle a bit more than what we are experiencing. So for the near future we will be spending time between Jacksonville and our home. Ashly is finally doing better, she is a trooper, I mean it was only approximately 15 pounds of babies, routine birth. She is having a slow recovery, and still needs to rest as much as possible. We appreciate everyone's support, calls, advice, heavy narcotics, and prayers. We will keep you posted and hopefully soon we will have everyone together.
P.S. Mr. Darcy is starting to wonder what the hell just happened.
